So what is coaching?    It is an on-going partnership with a trained professional who supports you in your exploration to live a rich, satisfying and rewarding life.

The 1:1 coaching is conducted over the phone or in-person with customized sessions to meet your ever changing needs.

Depending on package purchased...available session lengths are:

-15 minute Power-up sessions,

-30-minute Typical sessions,

-55 minute Long sessions

Support also may include e-mail, text or phone check-ins between calls as necessary. 1:1 Coaching begins with a 60 minute initial Intake session during which the coaching process is explained, you and Lori get to know each other and discuss rates, expectations, and identify key areas of focus.

In 2018, Group Coaching sessions.  The group series is called, I.M.P.A.C.T. and will meet 1x/month regularly. It is suggested that you add 1:1 Coaching with the Group work to reap the greatest benefits. 

Lori has developed an online series course with a Coach partner, Kathy Stoddard Torrey,  The self-paced 9 week course is called Unleash Your Inferno. It is designed to support you in getting to an outcome of significant change by raising your awareness and then encouraging you to take bold action(s) in any areas of life that you choose!

Lori is a trained Master facilitator, dynamic speaker and an experienced business consultant.

She has previously conducted partnered workshops and Leadership seminars around the world. Including many Fortune 100/500 clients across the United States and Canada. Her past client work included organizations that encompassed finance, telecom, hospitals & healthcare, manufacturing, auto dealerships, schools, city government, law enforcement agencies, insurance, pharmacuetical companies and many more. Specific companies included Boeing Commercial, Catapillar, Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital, Boca Raton Regional Hospital, Sprint, Phoenix Elementary School District, City of Saskatoon, Miami-Dade Schools Police Department along with various other organizations. 

While working with the various organizations, Lori gathered best practices to support High Performance Individuals, Teams as well as Organizations. One key factor is habits but another is mindset. There are other factors which she shares with her audience during a session.  

Group session attendees can participate in interactive and dynamic events, or self paced events that leave them energized and with realistic ideas and plans to put into action immediately. An integral part of her coaching/consulting approach is creating accountability to ensure success now and in the future. Lori incorporates various aspects of cognitive science into both her 1:1 coaching and group sessions.
